機(jī)器的使用與保養(yǎng)：
1、機(jī)器在裝箱強(qiáng)，為防止機(jī)件生銹，涂有防銹油脂，由于貯藏和運(yùn)輸，可能造成油脂硬化和積聚灰塵，使用前必須將表面的油脂用汽油清洗干凈，并用潔凈的棉紗或軟布干。
2、機(jī)器在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)前，必須對(duì)各處油孔加注縫紉機(jī)油，然后再開(kāi)空車試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。手輪旋轉(zhuǎn)方向?yàn)槟鏁r(shí)針?lè)较颍ú僮髡呙嫦蚴州啠C(jī)器在正常使用時(shí)，要時(shí)常加注潤(rùn)滑油，每班不得少于兩次。
