根據(jù)JT/T533-2020《瀝青路面用纖維》中“絮狀纖維的沖氣篩分析試驗(yàn)方法”的要求設(shè)計(jì)制造的，適用于對(duì)絮狀纖維素纖維、絮狀礦物纖維中的一定規(guī)格的纖維，通過沖氣篩進(jìn)行篩分，以計(jì)算該纖維的通過率等技術(shù)指標(biāo)，從而保證瀝青混合料用纖維的質(zhì)量要求。本儀器還符合EN 933-10、GM/T 1345-2005標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，分析一些粉體質(zhì)量輕的、粉體易產(chǎn)生靜電的、顆粒易團(tuán)聚的等干性粉體。在面粉、調(diào)味料、化學(xué)粉末、水泥、石墨、粉煤灰、涂料、陶土粉、煤粉等篩分方面有著廣泛的應(yīng)用，是一款高效精準(zhǔn)多用途的粉粒分析儀器。
1. Product introduction:

1、本儀器主要用于瀝青混合料用纖維的篩分。也可根據(jù)需要選配不同的沖氣篩網(wǎng)，用于多種材質(zhì)的沖氣篩分，實(shí)現(xiàn)一機(jī)多用的目的。
2、采用分氣功能，有效防止近篩顆粒堵塞篩網(wǎng)，解決因顆粒懸浮，顆粒團(tuán)聚，靜電特性等無法進(jìn)行篩分的情況。
3、采用穩(wěn)定負(fù)壓、沖氣氣流篩分技術(shù)，與直徑200mm標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩配合使用，定時(shí)篩分，測(cè)量粒度分布，結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確，外觀精巧，體積輕便。
4、采用7寸大屏彩色觸摸屏顯示、控制技術(shù)，全部篩分操作均在觸摸屏上完成。

2. Product features:
